Channel 4 has announced an exciting new spin-off of their popular reality TV show, Made in Chelsea.
The broadcast giant has given the go-ahead for an Australian version of the show to be produced.
Made in Bondi will showcase the lives of young, wealthy socialites living in sunny Sydney, and it promises to have just as much ‘drama’ as the original.
Luckily, TV fans won’t have to wait long to get their fix, with the show set to air on E4 next year in the UK and on Channel Seven in Oz.
Channel 4 teased that the new programme will be set in one of the Aussie capital's "most exclusive neighbourhoods."
The description of the show reads: "Opulence knows no bounds, and drama is always on the menu, with every episode set to provide a front-row seat to jaw-dropping parties, breath-taking fashion, and sizzling romances.
"From trendy bars to luxurious harbourside mansions, this group of young socialites will navigate the interconnected web of relationships that define their lives."
While the cast has not yet been officially announced, The Sun reports that filming for the reality show is ‘due to begin soon.’
Commenting on the new series, Karl Warner, Head of Youth and Digital at Channel 4, said: “I’m thrilled to see 'Made in' growing into a global franchise.
"Made in Chelsea has been the jewel in E4’s crown for over 10 years and has become one of the most important digital brands in the C4 portfolio, loved by our audiences across a range of platforms.
"We’re delighted to be partnering with Seven and working with new friends, Matchbox and old (but fabulous) friends, Monkey.”
And it won’t just be the new cast that will be lapping up the sunshine down under. The broadcaster also confirmed that the UK cast of Made in Chelsea are to fly out to Australia for a Christmas special.
Made In Chelsea has been on our screens for more than a decade, with the first episode airing in May 2011.
Since then, many of the cast members have been propelled into fame, with stars such as Binky Felstead, Millie Mackintosh, Spencer Mathews, and Jamie Laing becoming household names in the world of showbiz.
Many of the original cast now look completely different than they did a decade ago, either undergoing major transformations or having some cosmetic procedures to help them age more gracefully.

Made in Chelsea continues on Monday nights on E4.
