Sean Perry, the former WME non-scripted packaging agent and partner, has teamed up with one of his former clients after the launch of his own production company.
Perry launched 2500 Media earlier this summer and he has now signed a deal with Lionsgate’s Pilgrim Media. It reunites Perry with Pilgrim chief Craig Piligian, who he used to rep.
The deal includes an exclusive unscripted deal between 2500 Media and Pilgrim Media as well as a first-look scripted arrangement with Lionsgate Television.

The move will see Perry’s new company tap into Pilgrim’s development and production staff.
2500 Media will focus on non-scripted television and will touch on documentary and scripted programming. The company will be based in LA with offices in New York.
“When I looked around at ways to super charge my new company 2500 Media and deliver high quality production at a reasonable cost, it was clear that locking arms with Lionsgate and Pilgrim was the best and fastest way to accomplish our goals,” said Perry. “When you see what Kevin Beggs, Sandra Stern and their team have accomplished across Lionsgate Television and my good friend Craig Piligian has built with Pilgrim, it was a no brainer to dive in fully with them.”
“Sean has been a longtime supporter of Lionsgate and Pilgrim and he is a true leader in unscripted television,” said Lionsgate Television Group Chairman & Chief Creative Officer Kevin Beggs. “We look forward to collaborating with the 2500 Media team to deliver a robust content slate.”
“After working with Sean for more than two decades, I am thrilled to extend and expand our successful relationship,” added President of Lionsgate Nonfiction Television and Pilgrim CEO and Chair Craig Piligian. “His industry expertise, creative and business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit make him the perfect partner for us.”
Gretchen Stockdale and David Harris negotiated the deal for Pilgrim. Perry is represented by WME.
