This Morning: Ben takes aim at Holly over hilarious welly error
This Morning’s Holly Willoughby found herself slightly flustered after letting slip a racy sex confession to ITV viewers.
On Wednesday’s instalment of the show, Holly was discussing the latest topics with co-host Ben Shephard and guests Vanessa Feltz and Matthew Wright.
During their chat, ITV viewers learned that on September 27, more babies are born than any other day of the year.
As Holly questioned what was happening nine months ago from this date, Matthew told them it was an easy connection.
He said: “You’ve got the combination of Christmas and the cold.”

As the panel laughed, he explained: “My dad used to say the best thing you can do in the winter was cuddle up and you always get more babies in the autumn.”
Cutting in, Holly replied: “Actually, it’s Chester’s (her son) birthday on Friday.”
With Vanessa and Matthew bursting out laughing, Holly realised her comment and cheekily added: “The heating hadn’t gone on that winter.”

Ben added: “Happy Birthday to Chester. He’ll be thrilled we are talking about Christmas.”
Mattew questioned the host on whether there was any truth to their theory on babies being born this time of year due to the celebrations nine months prior.
Flustered, the mother-of-three replied: “I couldn’t possibly say.”
It’s not the only time the presenter found herself giggling over a crude jibe in the show as Ben highlighted she gets the words “wellies” and “willies” mixed up.
At the beginning of the show, she said: “But, I’ve never called myself Holly Wellougby.”
Ben replied: “No, but have you called yourself Holly Willoughby?
She added: “Well, that’s my name, that’s good. Thank god.
As Ben told her that could be why she’s getting the two words mixed up, she cheekily replied: “I always go for the willy over the welly.”
