Diners were in stitches when they spotted a very awkward sign in their favourite restaurant.
The couple broke out in fits of giggles after spotting the rude printed notice on the front door of kebab shop Doner Daddy, in North London, and thought it was too funny to keep to themselves.
They shared a picture of the sign to Reddit channel CasualUK, leaving followers howling with laughter.
The unfortunate notice placed on the take-away shop door in Wood Green, read: ‘We have more spaces for large groups in our back side.’

People flooded the comments with jokes galore about the miscommunication on the restaurant’s bright orange door.
‘I’m not going round the back after a full doner with chilli sauce…,’ one joked.
‘Alright, no need to boast about it with a sign on the door,’ another quipped.
A third wrote: ‘I’d be worried about what happens to my back side after eating there if my local kebab shop is anything to go by.’
One teased ‘Hmm. Appetising,’ whilst another joked: ‘Getting a table is a pain in the ass though.’
Others defended the funny blunder, adding: ‘They probably meant their rear-end or back passage, an honest mistake.’
‘It’s an area at the back of the shop that isn’t obvious if you haven’t been inside before,’ a second commented.
Another shared their own experience, saying: ‘I worked for a Bangladeshi manager and he would say this, same as left side and right side I guess.’.
But the London take-away wasn’t the first and won’t be the last person or organisation to make a hilarious yet embarrassing mistake on a sign.
The Reddit group Funny Signs gave its followers something to laugh about when it collected the weirdest notices from across the globe.
One took aim at younger generations quipping that if there was a fire they should exit the building before tweeting about it.
Meanwhile, another brought into question someone’s grammar as they ironically misspelt school onto the road as ‘shcool’
Others were definitely leading some people in the wrong direction, with one awkward sign reading ‘keep right’ whilst pointing to the left.
