SEXUALLY abused from the age of 10, fat-shamed by her own mum and forced to give birth in a 'crack house' – Sophie Anderson's life was plagued by tragedy from the outset.
The late porn star, who died on Monday aged 36, was mourning her boyfriend Oliver Spedding, who died just two weeks earlier at the age of 34.
Bristol-born Sophie, whose cause of death is not yet known, met the former Crystal Palace footballer during an adult film shoot nearly four years ago.
The mum-of-four called him “her rock”, adding he helped her get through her “darkest days” – though their relationship was not without drama, with Oliver posting a bizarre death hoax about her in September.
It was one heartbreaking event in a long line for Sophie, who recently opened up about her troubled childhood during a podcast, revealing worked in a massage parlour from age 14 where men would abuse her.
Speaking to host James English on Anything Goes, she said: “So, the men I'd used to go and see at [the age of] 10 were older as well.

“I'd particularly go to this pub in Bradford on Avon. They would buy me booze and fags and give me weed.”
She continued: "I started working in a massage parlour when I was 14. So while I was trying to act and see women outside and get f****d by men, I was then in a massage parlour and getting paid.”
At that age, Sophie told how men took advantage of her, pushing her into extreme sex acts, but she went along with it because she "was so good at making people… believe that everything was cool".
She only stopped working at the massage parlour when they started asking for ID.

Sophie also opened up about her difficult relationship with her late mother – who would come in and out of her life when she was younger, and cause her “mental abuse”.
Once her mum gained rights to her children on weekends, she began having Sophie and her younger sister over regularly – and there would always be older men waiting for them.
She said last year: “These guys used to really shame me for my weight. I was really overweight for a child.
“I would have these older men abuse me. I would have to watch my mum have sex. These guys would then fat-shame me.
“I can remember bits and them touching me. It was never full sex, it was always touching or I would have to kiss them. She was in the bedroom.
“I think that's why I could never forgive my mum. You let these men."
Sophie says it was the sexual abuse she endured that led her to go and try to find men to have sex with herself, using it as “a release”.
She also claimed her mum, who battled anorexia, used to buy clothes for her which were way too small, then taunt her about the fact they didn't fit.
“There were little mental things she would do, like get me in front of the mirror and say, ‘Look at the state of you, you're so fat and ugly'," she told James English.
Sophie herself also developed anorexia which was so severe she would refuse to drink even a drop of water, and once fainted at school.
Her first pregnancy was “the one time I didn't feel guilty about putting on weight”.
Breaking down in tears, Sophie sobbed: “It's not even my story that's making me upset.
“It's literally because if I knew that anyone had to go through anything or any kind of abuse with being hit or being mentally abused, or anything like that, that is what kills, you know.”
Despite everything, Sophie said she regretted not reconnecting with her mum before she died of cancer.
“I didn't like her as a person growing up, but then she died, so I have a lot of guilt there as well.”
Homeless and pregnant
Aged 17 Sophie ended up homeless and became addicted to crack. She also fell pregnant with her son, Damian, around that time.
She said: “I was just coming on 18 and I thought, I’m definitely going to keep [the baby], because he took me away from it.
“When he was born, I was still on crack, we were in and out of hostels. I didn't have any food then or anything.
“I can’t even get really upset about this because this was a decision. This was a decision I made to have my beautiful boy, and honestly, I knew I needed something at that time to take me away from the crack.

“I remember being in this crack house, knowing I was pregnant, looking at this fish tank, they were doing crack behind me, all these people, and this little boy was running around in this crack house.
“I remember looking at him and knowing that I didn’t want my baby…I was three months pregnant when I found out and I stopped [the crack] that day.
“I was looking at this fish tank in this f*****g crack house and crying my eyes out because I wanted the crack so bad. So f*****g bad.”
Sophie told her son about her job when he was 11, and she admitted it put a strain on their relationship. At one point he was forced to move schools after he became a target for bullies.
“It has been hard, I’m not going to say that it’s been easy for my boy,” she said on Holly Randall’s Unfiltered podcast in 2021.
“He was at a secondary school where he started getting picked on because they found certain things online.
"And it was to do with the mothers as well, they said things in front of the children, so my son was then picked on. So I never went up to school.
“I couldn’t ever go up to school, and I still don’t now. My son will never be seen with me at school.
"I’ve missed things, like he’s got a rugby match this Thursday so I won’t be able to go to that, he won’t be able to have his friends over, so there is a downside."
32JJ boob implant exploded
She's endured her share of health battles, too.
In March 2021, Sophie feared her career was over when her 32JJ breast implant exploded in the shower, after a fourth sepsis infection.
In an interview with The Star, she said: “The most important thing is the NHS saved my life.
“Doctors told me I am lucky and I could have died. I still feel totally lost and I just want to be OK. I have to stay strong for my family.”
