Pregnant Pixie Lott kicks off heels and goes barefoot after showing off bump at NTAs

Pixie Lott kicked off her heels as she left the O2 barefoot with her husband Oliver Cheshire following Tuesday night's National Television Awards.

The Mama Do singer, 32, who is currently pregnant with her first child, had earlier wowed on the red carpet in a black minidress, which featured a square neckline and gold buttons down the front.

She paired this ensemble with some towering silver heels, which she opted to remove while leaving the star-studded awards ceremony.

Meanwhile, Oliver, 35, cut a dapper figure as he sported a maroon tuxedo, white shirt and black bowtie, which he teamed with some shiny black shoes.

At the start of her pregnancy, Pixie kept the special news to herself, however since sharing the happy news, she has been vocal about her journey.

Appearing on The One Show recently, alongside hosts Alex Jones and Roman Kemp, she said that so far her pregnancy so far has been a dream.

She said: "I've been really lucky with my pregnancy. I've been really good and not having morning sickness and stuff like that so we're just over the moon. We're so excited."

Pixie and husband Oliver tied the knot in June last year and a year later shared that they were expecting a new arrival very soon.

The singer confirmed the news by posting a photograph of the couple sharing an ultrasound snap.

Pixie and Oliver captioned the post: "We are beyond excited to announce we are expecting our first child together and cannot wait to start a family of our own."

The parents-to-be first met during a Vivienne Westwood show, with Oliver catching Pixie's eye while modelling on the catwalk, prompting the singer to slip him her number.

It's thought that Pixie's due date is sometime this month, and although she and Oliver do know the sex of the unborn child, they're waiting till the birth to share this with others.

Speaking to British Vogue, she shared: "We were so excited to find out, it’s nice to keep that information just for us. Feeling the little kicks with Oli has been magical and I am hooked on getting the little outfits – we are so excited."

Pixie and Oliver tied the knot last June at Ely Cathedral after postponing their wedding several times due to Covid. The couple got engaged on the steps of St Paul's Cathedral in 2016.
