Hooded blanket on sale for cheaper than a pint in London – and it’s a must for the cold weather | The Sun

SHOPPERS are raving about a hooded blanket that will keep you warm this winter – and it's selling for less than a pint in London.

Although the temperatures are dropping, many cash-strapped households are putting off switching the heating on to slash the costs as much as possible.

According to recent data revealed by The Sun, families can expect a hefty £100 bill at the end of the week if they've kept the heating on almost every night.

To help others, social media users have taken to their platforms to share tips and tricks to stay toasty without forking out a fortune – and now shoppers have also informed others about budget-friendly winter buys.

One such bargain find is a wearable hoodie blanket that's currently on sale – and the price is cheaper than a pint in London's West End.

Online store Home Shop have reduced their popular winter warmers from £17 to £7, which works out to be £2 less than a pint of beer in the capital's popular district, where some pubs pour a glass for a whopping £9.

The incredible deal also makes the cosy loungewear significantly less pricey than the cult favourite Oodie and its dupes, such M&S £20 lookalike.

The fantastic offer launched on Monday, November 13, and is available in a range of various colours and designs, such as the Sienna Supersoft Hoodie Blanket in Charcoal Grey and Blush Pink.

Bargain-hunting shoppers can also order the same must-have in Silver Grey and the Dreamscene Winter Check Sherpa Hoodie Blanket in grey.

But if you're keen to bag the wearable hoodie – which would make for the perfect Christmas gift in December – best get shopping now, as the offer is running until Tuesday, November 30.

Whilst we're on the topic of fashion, style lovers have also been raving about Primark PJs they reckon are better than posh SKIMS.

One fashionista, only known as Bambi Does Beauty, said the always sold-out Soft Touch Print Boyfriend PJs were back in stock now, with customers available to pick them up in a number of colours.

According to Bambi, who had snapped up a set in grey, as well as black, Primark offer the sleeping must-have in navy too.

Meanwhile, those doing their shopping online can also treat themselves to the £15 pyjamas in a heart print, as well as a fun polka dot design.

However, Bambi advised to be careful when finding the best-fitting set, as the sizing is all over the place.

''Primark, I will say though, they are ready to humble you with their sizes.

''So go a size up at least once or twice.''

After trying on the cosy set, which she had bagged in a size Large, Bambi said she preferred them to expensive SKIMS loungewear.

''Primark pyjamas >>> come through with the SKIMS dupe.''
