A SAVVY mum has shared the perfect budget items to nab from Home Bargains for a Christmas Eve box for the kids.

Kaye Marie, shares bargain shopping hauls and cleaning tips to her TikTok account.


In one video, the mum shared the items she has bought from Home Bargains for her kids Christmas Eve boxes.

Filming herself walking through the bargain retailer, the first thing @kayemarie put in her trolley was an adorable Grinch mug.

Keeping with the theme, she then added a Grinch biscuit decorating kit "look at that, only 99p, Barg!"

"Got to get a hot chocolate bomb, there's loads of different flavours in the Grinch theme", the nifty shopper said before adding a milk chocolate bomb to her basket.

Next, she added Grinch slippers and a stocking that the kids can decorate themselves.

"The theme is definitely themeing", the mum joked.

Adding a £1.49 colouring book to her trolley, Kaye Marie said: "These are great to keep the kids occupied on Christmas Eve while you're getting bits done".

The mum then added a chocolate lollipop to her trolley.

"Let's rot their teeth, why not? It's only 50 pence", she quipped.

Next, she placed a bag of chocolate coins to her stash.

"These are probably going to taste horrendous, but the kids won't notice", she said.

She then added some 99p Christmas marshmallow lollipops to her haul, before placing an adorable £2.49 elf into her trolley.

Finally, she added some £2.49 Christmas mugs to the collection.

"That's it, job done!", she said.

TikTok users raced to the comments to praise Kaye Marie for her bargain finds.

One user said: "What a fab mum you are. They're going to be so excited when they see your boxes."
