She started training at the cemetery after getting tired of being harassed at the gym. Andrea, who boasts 511,000 Instagram fans, said: "Dead people don't harass me."

The ripped gran added: "I was tired of being bullied at the gym just for being pretty and having a muscular body. Now I only go to gyms when they are completely empty.

"Otherwise, I go to a cemetery and exercise with souls. I was also kicked out of the gym because of my clothes. For me it was the last straw."

Andrea recently shared photos from her cemetery training sessions with others who have joined her on this unique journey. She's also trying to break taboos.

She believes the cemetery is a place of peace and tranquility which can be perfect for physical activity.

Andrea trained with the group who now regularly meet to train at the cemetery. The experience has been eye-opening to many.

She admitted: "Training at the cemetery gives me a sense of peace that I can't find anywhere else. It's a place where we can reconnect with nature, honour those who have passed, and also take care of our own health.

"I'm excited to see others joining me on this journey and overcoming prejudices. The cemetery is much more than just a final resting place."

Fortunately she's received a lot of good feedback from her fans. She concluded: "It's a space that can inspire change, connection and well-being.

"I'm thrilled with the positive response I've received and hope our initiative continues to grow."
