ERIC DIER has been left out of Tottenham's squad to face Fulham as he closes in on a shock move to Bayern Munich.
Spurs face the Cottagers tonight in the Carabao Cup but will be without Dier.
The defender has not been included in the squad as the Daily Mail claims that "talk of a move continues to gather pace".
Dier, 29, is yet to feature for Spurs this season and has not even been named in a single squad by Ange Postecoglou.
The report claims that Postecoglou will leave Dier out yet again to give a "clear indication" that he is not in his plans.
Bayern have been linked with Dier as they continue to look for a new defender.

The club are set to lose Benjamin Pavard this summer with the Frenchman closing in on a move to Inter Milan.
Pavard had been linked with Manchester United but has opted for a move to the Serie A.
However, Bayern fans have urged the transfer window to shut as they are not impressed with links to Dier and Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher.
If Dier does move to Bayern then he would be reunited with England and former Spurs star Harry Kane.

Bayern will face competition for Dier as Sky Sports have claimed that Borussia Dortmund are also interested in his signature.
Kane also left Tottenham this summer as he completed a £104million move to the Bundesliga champions.
Bayern have already added one defender to their squad this summer.
The club completed a deal to sign Napoli star Kim Min-jae in a transfer worth £47million.
Dier joined Tottenham back in 2014 from Sporting Lisbon and has made 270 appearances for the club in the Premier League.
He is one of five players that the club are trying to offload before the end of the transfer window.
The club are also trying to shift Sergio Reguilon, Davinson Sanchez, Giovani Lo Celso and Tanguy Ndombele.
