The Sky Sports Racing host shared a number of celebratory snaps to her Instagram page.
Kate could be seen wearing a glamorous see-through dress for her 30th birthday.
She posted some pictures alongside friends who enjoyed the night out with her.
But there was also room to squeeze in a photo of a group of ripped topless men.
