Naga Munchetty apologises over sound issues in report

Naga Munchetty and Charlie Stayt had a cheeky back and forth during Saturday’s offering.

The BBC Breakfast duo showcased a series of stunning pictures provided by viewers from New Zealand to Alaska.

Naga commented: “Alaska seems to be the place because this one is taken from the inside of an ice cap. This is one of those pictures where you can see lots of different shapes.

“Yes, you see the Northern Lights but that is definitely the head of a bird.”

The presenter, 48, referred to the shape that could be seen within the image which was in the shape of a bird’s head.

“On the top left of the photo, there is a killer whale,” she hit back. “See it?”

Naga let out at a heavy sigh, as Charlie stated: “No, no I can’t,” before he swiftly moved on to the weather.
