Bobby Beale (Clay Milner Russell) is facing heartbreak in EastEnders following Cindy Beale’s (Michelle Collins) explosive return.
Ever since we learnt that Cindy was actually Rose Knight, we have been wondering what this would mean for Bobby’s budding relationship with Anna Knight (Molly Rainford), and it seemed that he had the same questions in tonight’s (August 30) episode.
Viewers will know that Bobby was responsible for the death of Lucy Beale, who just so happened to be Anna’s sister.
While Anna was fine with Bobby’s past when she had no personal connection to it,Bobby was worried that that may change now that she knew who Lucy was.
As he revealed his concerns to brother Peter (Thomas Law), he explained that he didn’t think she’d ever be able to forgive him.

Despite this, he knew that he had to speak to her, and headed out to Peggy’s to meet his friends.
It was there that he finally managed to get Anna alone, and asked if what had happened had affected their relationship.
With Anna still reeling from the reappearance of her mum, it was clear that Bobby had come on too strong, as she demanded that he back off, leaving him hurt.
Having seen the commotion, best friend Freddie Slater (Bobby Brazier) rushed over as Bobby fled the club, asking Anna what had happened.
She assured him that everything was fine, before the pair headed to the bar to get drinks.
However, it wasn’t long before they had left the club together, and made their way over to the fish and chip shop, where Anna attempted to kiss Freddie.
When he hesitated, she insisted that there was nothing going on between her and Bobby, and asked if Freddie fancied her.
He revealed that yes, he did, and soon the pair couldn’t control themselves, as they got passionate on the floor of the chip shop.
Will they keep their moment of passion from Bobby, or is he set to face heartbreak as he learns the truth?
