When are the National Television Awards 2023 on ITV? | The Sun

THE National Television Awards sees stars from dramas to soaps and sitcoms gather to celebrate a year of fantastic telly.

Here is everything you need to know about the star-studded event.

When are the NTAs?

The National Television Awards takes place on Tuesday, September 5, 2023.

The event will take place at London's O2 Arena.

Comedian Joel Dommett is once again hosting the awards, having replaced David Walliams in 2021.

The ceremony starts at 8pm, and voting closes on midday that day.

Who has been nominated for a National Television Award?

The final round of voting for the National Television Awards is open now and the winners will be announced at the ceremony.

Sadly, not all the stars nominated for awards will be at the ceremony, with both the late Paul O'Grady and Dame Deborah in the running to be posthumously recognised for their respective TV projects before their death.

It’s a nearly three-hour ceremony, with the live broadcast concluding at 10.30pm.
