AARON RAMSEY is a major doubt for Wales' friendlies this month due to the coronavirus lockdown in Italy.
The Foreign Office have advised any Britons returning from Italy to self-isolate for 14 days – and Ryan Giggs' side are scheduled to face Austria in Swansea on March 27.
The Football Association of Wales are closely monitoring the situation with Juventus star Ramsey based in the northern city of Turin.
Wales have not yet ruled the 29-year-old midfielder out of the home double-header with a second friendly against the USA in Cardiff on March 30.
But FAW chiefs and Ramsey will be guided by Italian authorities following the latest travelling restrictions as Italy Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte urged the public to stay at home.
Dragons boss Giggs is due to name his squad for the Euro 2020 warm-ups next week.
Giggs is already without Joe Allen, who ruptured his Achilles for Stoke last Saturday, for the forthcoming friendlies and the finals this summer.
