THE ALLEGED killer boyfriend of Kardashian business manager Angela Kukawski appeared in court for the first time on Wednesday, The Sun can report.
Jason Barker, 49, was pictured for first time since being charged with murder- after his 55-year-old girlfriend was found dead in the trunk of her car a day after she was reported missing on December 22.
In photographs obtained by The Sun, Jason appeared behind a glass screen wearing a bright yellow t-shirt, blue trousers and mask as he stared blankly ahead.
He spoke only to confirm his name and be read his rights at Van Nuys West Court House and was represented by Juan Perez, deputy public defender.
Barker has been arraigned until February 23 after appearing before judge David Yaroslavsky.
The public defender made a note in court of a medical order which was handed to the judge, but he declined to comment further when approached by The Sun.
Jason was arrested and charged with murder after the horrific event when the celebrity manager was found one day after her missing person's report was filed.
Kukawski's death was ruled a homicide by the Ventura County Medical Examiner's Office.

Police suspect that Barker killed Kukawski inside her Sherman Oaks home and then placed her body in her car, which he drove to a Simi Valley residence belonging to a family member and then fled.
Prosecutors alleged she was stabbed to death with a knife, and Barker remains behind bars in Van Nuys Jail in Los Angeles.
On December 29, bail was raised from $2million to $3.07million.
Social media photographs obtained by The Sun late last month showed Barker as a doting family man with a number of kids, siblings, and his elderly mother.
One photograph shows the tattooed murder suspect beaming as he cooked a steak in his kitchen, while another showed him with his ex-wife, Alison, arm, and arm with his children.
The Sun approached Alison for comment, who confirmed Jason was her ex-husband and the pair divorced in 2017, but she refused to speak further on his arrest.
'INTENT FOR PAIN'
The district attorney claimed Barker attacked Kukawski "with the intent to cause cruel and extreme pain and suffering for the purpose of revenge, extortion, persuasion and for a sadistic purpose."
After examining his criminal record, it appeared that the accused had only been hit with traffic tickets in the past.
Kukawski, a mom-of-five, worked at Boulevard Management in Woodland Hills.
According to the company's website, they specialize in "financial management services to entertainers, athletes, and high-net-worth individuals."
The business manager worked not only with the Kardashians but also with the Tupac Shakur estate, along with Kanye West and OffSet.
Those close to her shared with Variety that she was "a straight shooter" and "hard-working", and friends added that she was "beloved" in her industry.
